If the alternate proctor requires compensation, you will be responsible for paying the proctor. Please read the Proctor Guidelines and submit your Proctor Nomination Form for an alternate proctor who meets the specified criteria.

Proctor Nomination Forms should be scanned and emailed to Hattie Techlow at

Proctor Nomination Forms will be reviewed, and nominated proctors will be contacted and verified by Hattie Techlow. You will be notified via email after your alternate proctor has been approved.

If you have any questions or have difficulty finding an alternate proctor, contact Hattie Techlow.

Instructors will email exams to regional and approved alternate proctors.

You should ask your instructors about their proctored exam preference. Most instructors prefer that you take their exam the same day the exam is taken during face-to-face classes, while other instructors prefer you take their exam with your classmates on Monday and Thursday evenings.  Be sure to ask in advance to plan accordingly.
