Since then, more than 10,000 students from over 250 colleges and universities nationwide have participated in our education abroad programs. When you study abroad through UW-Platteville, you will know that each program’s on-site staff provides everything: airport reception, securing accommodations, assisting with course registration, and organizing activities and excursions.

However, through established affiliations and partnerships with other institutions and education abroad programs, you aren’t limited to our sponsored programs. Choose from more than 400 short and long-term programs in 50 countries around the world.
We also offer a growing number of unique short-term, faculty-led programs which allow students to take a course taught abroad by one or more UW-Platteville faculty members. All programs carry UW-Platteville academic credit, and are often offered over the winter, spring, and summer breaks.
