Welcome New Transfer Students
The New Student Experience is designed to help transfer students learn about the university and connect with other students. We hope that your transfer student experience is positive, and exciting, and allows you to thrive within your new campus community.
As you prepare for NSE, we encourage you to review different sections on this site for more information on Placement Testing, resources for Parents and Families, Requesting Accommodations, and Frequently Asked Questions.
Ready to get started?
- Log into your PASS account and accept your admission.
- Begin your New Student Experience by selecting “New Student Experience” in the left-hand menu of your PASS account. The date you will select is the date of your on-campus orientation experience. Check out this Step by Step Guide for more detailed information.
- Register for and take your UW-System Placement Tests. Check your to-do items in PASS to see if you need to take placement tests. Visit our Placement Testing page for additional information and deadlines.
