(Past) From Fantasy to Reality: New Developments in Hyperloop Transportation

Join us for the spring Engineering Seminar Series as Chuck Michael, P.E., Hyperloop Transportation Technologies, Inc., presents From Fantasy to Reality: New Developments in Hyperloop Transportation.

Hyperloop is the first entirely new mode of transportation in over 100 years. Traveling at airplane speeds at ground level, hyperloop will shrink the time and distance between cities and allow new economic opportunities to families, business and education. This seminar will cover the latest developments, including (1) the Great Lakes Hyperloop connecting Pittsburgh, Cleveland and Chicago and onward through Wisconsin, (2) the HyperloopTT project in Italy connecting Venice with Padua in the Veneto Region, and (3) a new cargo container transport HyperPort project in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
