Join us for the fall Engineering Seminar Series as Adam J. Roder, PE, PG, Geosyntec Consultants, presents Evolution of Brownfields in Wisconsin: from USTs to PFAS.

Redevelopment of “brownfield” properties has taken place for generations, although originally, contaminated properties were rarely identified as such. Over the last three decades, brownfield redevelopment has evolved tremendously in the environmental consulting world, including regulations, technology, funding sources, and community awareness. This seminar will present several brownfield case study projects and the continuing evolution of brownfields in Wisconsin, including discussion about per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) as a group of emerging contaminants.
