Managing self-performed work is an important aspect in the world of general contracting. There is a high level of risk associated with it, but if performed correctly it can have a high level of return. This seminar explores everything that goes into managing self-performed work, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, manpower requirements, material procurement and quality control.

About the presenter

Joe Szymanski is a Project Manager for F.H. Paschen. He graduated with his bachelors in industrial technology management with an emphasis in construction management from UW Platteville in 2018. Since then, he has been a part of multiple different projects, each with different owners & delivery methods. His current role at F.H. Paschen is as a PM for the Jackson Park Mobility Improvements Project.
