Dr Summer E Zwanziger Elsinger

Dr. Z has been teaching for UWP since 2007, on campus, online, and leading short term study abroad courses (Germany, Haiti, Scotland, Turkey, Italy, France, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Morocco & China). 

Her research interests are wide ranging, from sustainable best business practices, strategic change management, Agile Change Management, DEI, workplace belonging, quantitative methods to all topics in management.  Her doctorate is in business ethics. 

When not teaching, she enjoys traveling, reading, yoga, bee keeping, adventures with her husband, and being a mother to two curious kiddos! 

She is an rural NE Iowa native, but has traveling feet.
