Research Interests
My research focuses on emotion and decision-making patterns. I am particularly interested in self control and impulsivity in economic, moral, environmental, and health related decisions. I use behavioral and psychophysiological measures in my research. Check out the Platteville Emotion and Decision Making Lab (PEDL) webpage for more information! In addition, I conduct scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) research that examines how inquiry-based learning and technology use in higher education relates to learning and attitudes toward learning in undergraduates.
