Professional Background
Since 2016, Professor Bartling has been teaching on campus and online management courses fo r the School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Specific areas of concentration are Supply Chain, Enterprise Resource Planning, Purchasing, Operations Management and Predictive Analytics. Along with teaching she is the faculty liaison for SAP University Alliance and the Association for Supply Chain Management, (ASCM).
Prior to joining UW – Platteville, Professor Bartling spent 36 years working in industry at Harley Davidson Motor Company, Miller Coors, General Electric and Bon-Ton Stores. Specifically, she worked as a Purchasing Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Material Logistics Specialist, Data Analysis Specialist, Planner and Buyer. In addition, she is a Lean/Six Sigma Certified Green Belt.
