Professional Background
Professor Ahmed has more than 20 years of experience in academia and industry. He worked in the HR leadership role in Information Technology (IT) and Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) industries. He also worked as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Louisville-Kentucky, Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, and Lecturer at Osmania University.

Research Interests:
Professor Ahmed's research combines insights from HR, Organization Development, Organization Behavior, and Psychology and interdisciplinary research. He utilized qualitative, quantitative, and mixed paradigms to coduct research. His program of research focuses on:
