Developing and Managing Complex Projects Workshop

Working on summer research? Interested in pursuing graduate study? Looking to learn more about professionalizing? Come join the Emerging Scholars Summer 2026 cohort and meet student researchers in a series of seven workshops centered around topics related to research and career development. Completing all seven workshops will grant students the Emerging Scholars Certificate in Research and Professional Excellence, which can be put on a resume or CV to show an additional professional development credential. 

Our first topic will cover how to actually come up with complex research topics, as well as tips and strategies for time management, organization, and planning a large or long-term project.
