Mindful Moments Series

University Counseling Services and Student Access and Academic Support are co-hosting this series. Come to one or all.

When: 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM on Thursdays March 5th, March 26th and April 9th

Learn stress-relief and mindfulness techniques to help with stress, anxiety, and mood. The real benefits of mindfulness can only be learned experientially, so these sessions will be active, and you'll be provided with resources to help you practice.
