MIEA Intro to Mindfulness is an evidence-based mindfulness curriculum designed for 18–30 year-olds. Learn practical skills to help yourself manage stress, increase self-compassion and enhance focus. 
 
If you're interested in joining, complete this interest form. Once submissions are reviewed, you'll receive an email notification inviting you to upcoming sessions. 
 
Four 60 minute classes | Small group learning | App-based lessons and resources you can keep using long after the course is over.
