Disability Access Center Puzzle Contest

May 6th, 4-6 pm

Room0116 Ullsvik Hall

Participants can compete individually or as part of a team (up to 4).
If you are registering a team, only one team member must complete the form.
Participants who would like to be part of a team but do not have any team members can request to be put on a team.

The contest will begin promptly at 4 pm, and teams will have two hours to complete their puzzle.
