(Past) Intro to Mindfulness

This April make time for your mental health by planning to attend drop-in Intro to Mindfulness sessions! Guided meditations will begin at 3:05, 3:35 or 4:05.

Take this chance to learn and practice stress relief strategies to enhance focus before the stress of finals. Each week will feature different mindfulness and meditation techniques. 

All students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend! Led by Teresa Miller from University Counseling Services.
