Join the Department of History for the installation of "We Stand Up for Our Beliefs," an exhibit honoring Vel Phillips, the first woman and first African-American to be elected Wisconsin's Secretary of State. The exhibit is part of the Wisconsin Historical Society's "Wisconsin History Makers Tour."
