Dr. Eric Carson, Professor of Geology at UW-Madison, will deliver a lecture at 4 p.m. in Doudna Room 103. A free screening of the documentary film Decoding the Driftless will follow at 7 p.m. at the Avalon Cinema, 95 E Main Street in Platteville. The event is sponsored by the Department of Environmental Sciences and Society and Avalon Cinema.
