(Past) 2nd Annual Marc Heidorf Memorial Game

Starting at Noon Saturday April 6th, Pioneer Baseball takes on the UW-Stout Blue Devils for the 2nd Annual Marc Heidorf Memorial Game. Heidorf was the play-by-play announcer for the baseball team and associate head coach of the women’s basketball team. Coach Heidorf passed from synovial sarcoma, a rare form of cancer, in May 2022 at 46 years old. The game is in honor of Coach Heidorf and will feature special t-shirts and silent auctions from generous sponsors in the Platteville community with the proceeds going toward the new Marc Heidorf Scholarship Fund to help students dealing with cancer in their lives. Come out to support your Pioneers and the university community!
