(Past) Senior Water Exercise

Join us for a low-impact water exercise class. Use the water to strengthen and tone your muscles, increase your flexibility, and expand your range of motion. This program is designed for adults age 50 and over. Class size is limited, so register early. Visit to register for one of there sections of senior water exercise running September 11 to December 7. $125 per participant.
