(Past) Alumni Golf Outing Supporting BILSA Scholarships

SCHEDULE
9 a.m. Registration
10 a.m. Shotgun start; four-person scramble 
3–5 p.m. Alumni Happy Hour. Join fellow alumni at The Oaks and share memories of your time at UW-Platteville. 

REGISTRATION
Individual golfer registration is $150 and includes:

• 18 holes of golf.
• Food and beverage with a boxed lunch on the course. Two complimentary drink cards for domestic beer, soda, or water.
• Optional golf contests, mulligan sales, and door prizes.

Registration deadline: August 1

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Sponsorship of the event allows you and your company to receive promotional benefits before, during, and after the outing.

• $250 Hole Sponsor - Your company name and/or logo will be displayed at a hole and registration tent.
• $500 Event Sponsor - Your company name and/or logo will be displayed on the registration bags with an opportunity to provide materials inside them. Your company name and/or logo will also be displayed at the registration tent.
• $800 Hole Sponsor + 4 golfers - Your company name and/or logo will be displayed at a hole and the registration tent. Also includes registration for 4 golfers at the event.
• $1,000 Beverage Cart Sponsor - Your company name and/or logo will be displayed on the beverage cart for the day and the registration tent.
• $2,000 Lunch Sponsor - Your company name and logo will go out on all email and social media posts regarding the event as the lunch sponsor of the Alumni Golf Outing Supporting BILSA Scholarships. Your company name and/or logo will be also displayed on the box lunches and at registration tent.

GIFTS AND DONATIONS
Gifts and donations will be accepted throughout the day. Some examples include company polos, golf items, sporting event tickets, grills, televisions, etc.

Be sure to join us afterward for the Alumni Happy Hour from 3–5 p.m. and celebrate with alumni and friends.
