(Past) 2023 Project Unlock Workshop - Unlocking the potential of your Advisory Board

This workshop is intended for teams of 2 from engineering programs that would like to build stronger relationships with their advisory boards - transforming them from Industry Advisory Boards (IAB) to Industry Partnership Boards (IPB). Industry insight and engagement is a key to developing the Entrepreneurial Mindset in your students.

Strategic Doing training is included in registration. Participants will complete approximately 10 hours of pre-work before the 2.5 day in person workshop. Teams will formulate an individualized plan for their advisory board aimed at transforming advisory board interactions from a check box to an asset that infuses industry perspective in their programs.

Teams will leave with knowledge and a plan to start partnering with their advisory boards. Teams will be prepared to use Strategic Doing to engage partners and get them involved in projects that benefit their programs.
