Join us on the Platte Mound for the 2023 Sugarbush Project Opening Event.

Assistant Professor of Environmental Sciences and Society Laura Dev and her land ethic class will continue the sugarbush work of tapping maples and boiling syrup this year on the Platte Mound on Wednesday, March 8th. Former President of the Ho-Chunk Nation Jon Greendeer will be in attendance for this opening event, and it will be open to the public.
