This course provides an overview on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Participants will learn how to support equitable systems while reflecting deeply on their own identity, culture, intersectionality, and biases. We will examine diversity and culture in the context of relationships, including leadership and teams, and how to build healthy social systems. In addition, through reflections, dialogue, and actively participating in the class, learners will begin to consider steps towards supporting equitable systems.
