(Past) French Baking: Apple Pastries

Ready to have a bushel of fun? In this apple themed baking class, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from Susan Holding, owner of The Little French Bakery and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Recipes will focus on fresh apples and compatible flavors, perfect for the fall season, including a homemade caramel sauce. In this Zoom class, Susan will go through several recipes “cooking show style” while you sit back, take notes, and try the recipe for yourself on your own. Supply list, recipes, and Zoom meeting information will be provided prior to the class. Class meets Wednesday, October 20 via Zoom from 6–8:30 p.m. Central Time.
