(Past) Writing Your Memoir

Join Gary Jones (Ridge Stories, Wisconsin Historical Society Press, 2019) and Justin O’Brien (Chicago Yippie! ‘68, Garret Room Books, 2017) as they discuss the writing of memoirs, making illustrative references to their own publications.  Topics covered will include research, organization, writing process, editing, publication, and book promotion. Zoom virtual link will be sent before the start of class. Participants must have a computer with a stable internet connection and the ability to share audio and video.
