(Past) Strengthen Your Core and Back Through Yoga

Developing core strength can correct posture, relieve back and neck pain caused by weak muscles, and promote a healthier and happier spine overall. Not only does your core support your posture and protect your back, it also provides overall strength and stability throughout your body. Join us for an intense yoga workout that focuses on strengthening your core and back muscles. Virtual zoom link will be sent one week before the start of class.

Thursdays October 8, 15, 22, 29, November 5, 12. from 8:30 am - 9:15 am.
