Mind body flow class with a touch of "dance". We will break free of our fear of leaving the comfort zone all while learning some new moves to get us toned up! This is for all levels of fitness and will include learning strategies on how to handle stress in our lives with the simplicity of our breath and how to find peace within ourselves and start to feel the peace all around you. This class will be sure to leave you feeling inspired, energized and ready to conquer the days ahead. Step Out of your Comfort Zone, Step into Peace! Please have a yoga mat. Virtual zoom link will be sent one week before the start of class.
Class meets Fridays October 23 and 30, November 6 and 13 | 12:45–1:30 pm.
