(Past) French Baking: Autumn Pastries
Join Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate Susan Holding, a Wisconsin native, in a live virtual class, then take the week to create the pastry at home. Pastries covered include macarons, croissants/pain au Chocolat, tart aux pommes (apple tart), and an extra special batch of eclairs -- all with an autumn twist. All baking levels welcome. Live classes will be held on Wednesday nights, with Susan holding optional Q and A sessions on Monday evenings. Participants must have a computer with a stable internet connection and the ability to share audio and video.
