French Baking: Autumn Pastries

Join Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate Susan Holding, a Wisconsin native, in a live virtual class, then take the week to create the pastry at home. Pastries covered include macarons, croissants/pain au Chocolat, tart aux pommes (apple tart), and an extra special batch of eclairs – all with an autumn twist. All baking levels welcome. Live classes will be held on Wednesday nights, with Susan holding optional Q and A sessions on Monday evenings. Participants must have a computer with a stable internet connection and the ability to share audio and video. 

Live Class: Wednesdays, October 7, 14, 21, and 28 | 6–8:30 p.m.  Optional Q&A: Mondays, October 12, 19, and 26 | 4–5 p.m.
