The University Box Office (UBO) handles all ticket sales for campus.

Location

The University Box Office is open for daytime operation in Markee Pioneer Student Center. The desk is located on the ground floor in the Auxiliary Services/Campus Card Office. When entering the MPSC from the south entrance, the office is to the right, under the stairwell. Five-minute parking is allowed in the circle.

Hours

There are two different locations on campus to purchase tickets. 

University Box Office: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Center for the Arts Ticket Counter: One hour prior to ticketed performances.

Policies

• All sales for events in the Center for the Arts are final; no refunds.
• All sales for other events are subject to the refund policy of the sponsor organization.
• A $30 service fee will be charged for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
• All tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase.
• The University Box Office accepts cash and checks, plus American Express, Android Pay, Apple Pay, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA.
• A $2.00 per ticket transaction fee is applied to all purchases.
• Tickets purchased prior to an event may be picked up in advance at the MPSC desk or starting 1 hour prior to event time at the ticket booth in the location of the event. Physical tickets can be mailed to you for an additional $2.00 mailing fee. Print-at-home tickets are sent to the email on the order.
