Complete the student refund form in person at (location). Bring your student identification, permit you are returning and the refund form, or the form will be provided.

You can also mail the permit and refund form together by clicking on the above. These must be together or a refund will not be processed.

If the refund is approved, you’ll receive a check within two weeks if you purchased the permit via cash, check, or credit or debit card.

A credit, in the amount of the refund, will be added to your PASS account if the permit fee was placed into that account if the refund is approved.

    • Annual permit if we receive permit and form
      • Within one month of date of purchase: Full price minus processing fee
      • After one month of date of purchase: Semester price minus processing fee
      • After one month after second semester begins: No refund
    • Semester permit if we receive permit and form
      • Within one month of date of purchase: Full price minus processing fee
      • After one month of date of purchase: No refund
