CPIM – Part 1

APICS CPIM Certifications: CPIM – Part 1 introduces the definitions and concepts for planning and controlling the flow of products and services into, though, and out of an organization. This course explains fundamental relationships among the various activities that occur in the supply chain network from suppliers to customers. This course aids and supports APICS certification exam preparation.

Combines key concepts from the field of operations management. Details four areas of knowledge: Master Planning of Resources, Detailed Scheduling and Planning, Execution and Control of Operations, and Strategic Management of Resources. This course explains the concepts included apply to both manufacturing and service organizations. This course aids and supports APICS certification exam preparation. This course is part 2 of a 2-part series.
