Dobson Hall, named after George R. Dobson and built in 1965, is one of the larger halls on campus, providing living space for 320 men and women. The hall is very active in hall and campus sponsored events. Each fall Dobson staff and residents host Trick or Treat, a safe Halloween event for children and families in the Platteville community.
Dobson Hall offers double occupancy rooms and community bathroom spaces. Recent renovations include air conditioning in basement common area spaces and hallways, refurbished bathrooms, lobby and front desk, and an added elevator. The basement of Dobson Hall is home to a large programming space with an adjacent community kitchen.
