Senior care and services are in high demand, and a Graduate Certificate in Senior Living and Services Leadership can help you build your skills, advance your career, or earn an additional credential if you’re in the MS in Healthcare Administration program. Ideal for professionals working variable shifts, the certificate program will be offered fully online and is comprised of four courses (12 credits) where you’ll learn about topics including:

  • Ethical, legal and regulatory factors

  • Healthcare financial management
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Healthcare human resource strategies

Degree-seeking students in the Master of Science in Healthcare Administration may choose to earn the certificate as an additional credential. Admission requirements for the Graduate Certificate in Senior Living and Services Leadership program will include a bachelor’s degree and a 3.0 undergraduate GPA. Program prerequisites will include coursework in Elementary Statistics, Medical Terminology and Oral Communication/Public Speaking/Speech.
