Susanna A Swenson

Susanna Swenson earned her Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Iowa State University and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in K-12 Physical Education from Carthage College.

Swenson teaches courses in physical and health education with a focus on pedagogy, classroom management, and technology. She has partnered with local school districts to enhance and develop elementary and secondary instructional skills within pre-service physical and health education program. She also advises the Health and Human Performance Club.

She has a special interest in pedagogy, curriculum and professional development. She often assists students with presenting or attending the Wisconsin Health and Physical Education conference as well as the National SHAPE Convention.
