Sullivan has extensive global business and academic experience in both the management and development fields. He has worked as a change leader, internal consultant, and program manager within several leading global Fortune 100 companies and has taught in the U.S. and internationally on a variety of business, HR, and academic subjects. He is currently an organizational change management consultant, researcher, writer, public speaker, and educator who strategically partners with individuals and organizations to deliver various solutions and outcomes. He also volunteers to help those incarcerated or recently paroled with personal change, as well as helping trauma victims to cope and develop meaningful strategies to cope and grow as humans.
