Sullivan is a practitioner‑scholar in Organizational Change Leadership with more than 25 years of experience integrating applied research, leadership development, and enterprise transformation across corporate, public sector, and higher education environments. His career spans global Fortune 100 organizations, universities in the U.S. and abroad, and mission‑driven community settings—each reinforcing his commitment to human‑centered, sustainable change.

Sullivan has served as a change leader, internal consultant, program manager, educator, and advisor, partnering with executives, teams, and communities to navigate complex organizational transitions. His expertise includes organizational change leadership, enterprise transformation, management consulting, workplace engagement, leadership development, and cross‑cultural dynamics in organizations. He is known for bringing clarity to ambiguity, strengthening leadership capability, and designing strategies that enable people to adopt new ways of working with confidence and purpose.

As an adjunct instructor, Sullivan has taught organizational change leadership, management consulting, political science, and cross‑cultural communication, drawing on his practitioner experience to create applied, practitioner‑focused curriculum. He is a published author whose work bridges research and practice, emphasizing accessible frameworks, experiential learning, and real‑world relevance. He currently teaches and OCL , where he helps emerging leaders build the mindset and skillset required to guide meaningful change.

Beyond his corporate and academic roles, Sullivan is deeply committed to personal and community transformation. He volunteers with individuals who are incarcerated or recently paroled, supporting their journeys of personal change, and works with trauma survivors to develop strategies for healing, resilience, and growth.
