Emily Romdenne

Emily Romdenne recently joined UW-Platteville as full-time instructor in September 2024. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Biology with a minor in Classical Antiquity and Near Eastern Studies and a Master of Arts in Anthropology with a forensic focus from the University of West Florida. During her undergraduate studies, Emily focused primarily in DNA analysis and death investigation before focusing on forensic anthropology, recovery, and trauma analyses in her Masters program. She grew up in rural Southwestern Wisconsin and is excited to be back in the Dairy State with fresh cheese. In her free time, she enjoys trying new food, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
