Biography
About
Dr. Rabidoux earned her PhD and Master of Science in Physics from West Virginia University, and Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from Michigan State University.
Dr. Rabidoux's research lies in the study of the evolution of star-forming galaxies. Her thesis work investigated the gas kinematics and global star formation properties of local luminous compact blue galaxies (LCBGs), where is a type of galaxy that was common when the universe was half of its current age but rare at the present time.
