About
Dr. Peterson teaches classes related to anatomy and physiology of vertebrates. His research focuses on conservation and diseases of amphibians and reptiles. Current projects include state-endangered Blanchard's Cricket Frog conservation, frog calling behavior, turtle conservation, and snake behavior and disease ecology. He also coordinates learning communities for the Teaching and Technology Center. He enjoys time with his wife and 3 kids, photography, performing original music, and exploring nature in the Driftless Area and beyond.
