Dr. Regina K Nelson

Dr. Nelson earned an M.S. and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison following a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. In addition, she holds degrees in the Education discipline including a B.S. in Communication Disorders from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.Ed degree in Special Education from the University of Pittsburgh.
