Dale Murray

I earned both my M.A. (2001) and Ph.D. (2003) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Philosophy, with a graduate minor in Political Science (specializing in Political Theory). I earned my A.B. (1993) from Bowdoin College, double majoring in Philosophy and English. I have teaching and research interests in several areas of philosophy, including biomedical ethics, environmental ethics, social and political philosophy, philosophy of sport, and the history of ethics. I previously taught at University of Wisconsin-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County, University of Wisconsin-Platteville Richland, UW-Madison, Virginia Commonwealth University, Longwood University, and Xavier University of Louisiana.
