My career has continuously challenged me to learn new skills and tackle difficult challenges. Over time I've accumulated experience in a number of specific areas such as web accessibility advocacy, NSF grant research, esports program development, export controls, grant administration, state authorization, data quality assurance, writing scientific journal articles, data analysis, presenting at conferences, and delivering professional development training. Regardless of the specific task at hand, I've found success by committing to life-long learning, maintaining open communication, following through, being dependable, learning from setbacks, and anticipating what's next.
