Mr Jesse Kohlenberg

Hello,

 My name is Jesse Kohlenberg and I have been with the University of Wisconsin-Platteville since June 2022 in roles such as the Transfer Application and Evaluation Specialist, Transfer Counselor and my current position of Transfer Admissions Manager.  I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from UW-Platteville in 2012 and I have held various jobs in the public and private sector before coming to the University, with a total of 6 years as an employee of the State of Wisconsin in various locations.  In my free time I spend it watching sports and with my cats who are named after two great Chicago Cubs first basemen as I am a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan who grew up in Wisconsin.

I work with all manor of transfer students with a variety of things like credit evaluations, application submission and review, student meetings through either Zoom, Phone calls or face to face.  I attend transfer fairs and school visits with our transfer partners throughout the school year and help out with special events in the Admissions and Recruitment Office.
