Biography
About
Dr. Chang earned her PhD in Mathematics from the University of Maryland at College Park. Her research interests are number theory and abstract algebra.
One of Dr. Chang's great accomplishments was when she went to Everest Base Camp at an altitude of 5,200 meters (17,056 ft) in Tibet during the summer of 2016. Another one is receiving the 2018 Distinguished Teaching Award from the Wisconsin Section of the Mathematical Association of America (MAA). In fact, among Dr. Chang's 34 presentations, 18 of them were given in MAA WI Section meetings since 2004.
