Whether you're under doctor's orders or just stumped trying to find healthy recipes to make, this 3-session course is ideal for anyone looking for help in supporting a healthy diet. In this course you will prepare recipes that either contain low sodium, low carbs, or no meat. No need to bring anything, we will provide the ingredients, tools, and knowledge necessary to create and enjoy these delicious meals, so come hungry! Register for all 3 sessions or choose which sessions you'd like to attend.
