Honor lists of undergraduate distance education students announced

The Office of Professional Program Support proudly announces the undergraduate distance students who made their academic department's respective honors list this past spring.

The first of these lists is the Dean’s List. The list is compiled between the university's three colleges and recognizes individuals for their exemplary work ethic and dedication to academic success. Each college’s Dean’s List requires students to achieve 12 completed credits and a minimum 3.5-3.75 GPA, depending on the respective college.

Next, the BILSA Academic Honors List recognizes students who have attained a 3.50-3.74 GPA within the College of Business, Industry, Life Science and Agriculture.

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville has been providing distance education to students for 45 years and was the first university in Wisconsin to offer a degree entirely online. Presently it offers three associate degrees, nine bachelor's degrees, and ten master's degrees at a distance.
