Take the UW System Placement Test

Incoming freshmen are required to take the UW System placement tests in math and English. The foreign language test is optional. The results of these tests determine the appropriate level of courses.

New transfer students who are not receiving transfer credit for math or English coursework may have to take the UW System math and English placement exams. Watch your uwplatt email for additional details and how to sign up.
