Trane Technologies Women in STEM Career Day is a one-day event for high school women to learn about careers that require creative problem solving, encourage forward thinking, make a difference in society, and share the future of our world. Participants will learn about career options in STEM fields through exciting demonstrations, and they will enjoy the opportunity to work in teams for hands-on projects. Participants will also get to know other young women who share their interests and interact with college students, faculty, and industry professionals from STEM disciplines. By the end of the day, participants will have discovered potential paths they might explore within the STEM fields. Women in STEM Career Day is open to students in grades 9–12. Chaperoned individuals, school groups, and home school groups are all welcome.
