Welcome to the Disability Access Center

The mission of the Disability Access Center is to create an accessible, inclusive, sustainable learning environment, where disability is recognized as an aspect of diversity that is integral to the campus community and to society. The Disability Access Center collaborates with students, faculty, staff, and the campus community to facilitate equal access and full inclusion of disabled individuals through innovative services, programs, and partnerships.

Applying for Accommodations

  1. Complete our online application.
  2. Submit current documentation of your disability. Accommodations are available based on documentation of a disability and a personal interview process.
  3. DAC Staff will verify that the documentation satisfies university requirements and inform you if you are eligible or if further documentation is needed.
  4. Once you are determined eligible for accommodations you will need to schedule an intake meeting with a Disability Specialist to obtain your VISA (Verified Individualized Services and Accommodations).
