Freshwater Collaborative–Supported Programs

In addition to our water-related degrees, UW-Platteville is part of the Wisconsin Agriculture-Water Nexus Network, which offers an online seminar and a hands-on field experience focused on water resource management and farming practices. The network also involves UW-Green Bay, UW-River Falls and UW-Stevens Point.

Under the leadership of Dr. Joseph Sanford, assistant professor of soil and crop science, UW-Platteville is collaborating with three other UW institutions on the project that connects agriculture and water systems through immersive student experiences.
