Sarah Strange is a graduate of the MFA Costume Design program at University of Wisconsin-Madison and received her Bachelor of Science in theatre design and technology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. For UW-Platteville, Sarah has designed the costumes for 1776, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Stupid F***ing Bird, The Drowsy Chaperone, Eurydice, Marat/Sade, OR, The Crucible, The Pillowman, Godspell, ‘night Mother, The Normal Heart, Ghosts, Tartuffe and Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead. Other costume design credits include Mary Poppins, The Last Five Years, Shrek, and Fiddler on the Roof (The Heartland Festival); Dr. Faustus (American Shakespeare Center); Fiddler on the Roof (Children's Theatre of Madison); Cloud 9, The Cradle Will Rock, Two Gentlemen of Verona, Bat Boy, You Can’t Take it With You (UW-Madison); Twelfth Night, Assassins! (Endstation); The Secretaries, Mary’s Wedding (Echo Theatre Co.); Road to Mecca (Orange Girls); Intimate Apparel (SIUE) and Katatonika (2009 Prague International Fringe Festival).
